2nd lot of immunisations and pain management

My LO has had her second lot of jabs today. She's been very warm to the touch and been giving calpol but she spat out most of it on the last dose. I've not given any more cause I dont know how much she's taken. She doesn't meet the weight required for ibuprofen. Not sure what to do to make her more comfortable. As still got another 2hrs before she can have some more. Can I still give ibuprofen as a one off even though shes less than 5kg and I know its to do with the kidneys. Do I just do it or leave it? As I cant see it doing harm if its just a off dose as im hoping she will be fine tomorrow as she was with the 1st lot and didnt need any calpol

Mix the 2.5ml of calpol in about 1oz of milk and give it to her! She won’t spit any of it. My baby also had a fever after 2nd immunisation and the calpol lowered her temp in 20min. But she won’t take the calpol on it’s own, only if I mix it with milk in a bottle
