Steam steriliser

Feel like such a silly question but what do we do regarding drying things from a steam steriliser? Surely if we take it out and put on a drying rack it’s no longer sterile? Things can stay in there and be sterile for 24 hours but it isn’t always dry. Just concerned about mould growing

I’ve only used a steam steriliser a handful of times but from what I know it’s ok if there’s moisture in the bottles as it’s sterile water, I always just put the bottles back together straight away x
