Hey mamas I have suffered from PPD and have recently started journaling and coloring. Anyone’s tried the same? What is your experience? Do you use an app ot paper and pen?

Hey, when I went through PPD 7 years ago with my first I really got into colouring/ adding details to colouring pages.It really helped me settle my mind when baby was asleep and helped me a lot. I used CoCoWyo colouring books and acrylic felt tips, there’s many groups and mums who do this and share their colourings, ideas in Facebook.
