Pet hair

Help!
I have an elderly ginger cat and a white haired terrier. Both shed an enormous amount of hair. I take the dog to the groomer and get his hair cut as short as possible a couple of times a year to stay on top of it, and I brush them both at home as much as I can. But with a 4 month old stuck to me, I can't groom them as much as I should.
So my house just seems to be covered in hair...all the time. No matter how much a clean and hoover. I lint roll my clothes constantly.
How do you stay on top of all the hair?!
It's all over the pram, the sofa, the carpets...the baby 🫠
