What are yall doing for exercise? I’m 26 weeks 3 days and my pelvis HURTS after any exercise even light walking. I walk to the grocery store or downtown and once I rest and become mobile again it’s so bad. I’m trying to NOT gain 100lbs during my pregnancy but I’ve already reached 50 lbs. which is a lot for me because I’ve reached 200 lbs and I don’t want to be 200 lbs TBFH. I don’t mind being 180lbs but I don’t know how I’ll feel if I get to 230. Probably shamed. 🥲 anyone else struggle with this pain or worry about the weight gain? I know baby has to eat and I eat all meals fulfillingly and sometimes seconds but yeah

Yes! I’ve been looking into getting a pregnancy ball and doing exercises with that

i’ve been going for daily walks, prenatal yoga every once and a while, i did a pregnancy safe cardio workout (modified jumping jacks, lunges etc) this past friday and im still feeling it but it was good
