Anyone have teen or early 20's kids

I have the hardest time connecting with mom's over 40 with teens or early 20's kids.
How is it that all the women in the world on this app and Facebook are 20 and pregnant or with little ones? 😅🤣
Where are my caffeinated mamas that are getting bullied on a daily by their teenage built in besties bruh? 😅
