Flying to Tenerife next week I will be 24 weeks pregnant. It’s 4 hours and half. Should I get compression socks or not?
If so can anyone recommend any

I was told by midwife not necessary as long as you are getting up and moving regularly (every half an hour or so)

Yes it’s best to wear compression socks, drink a lot of water and walk in the aisle every hour or so.

I flew for 3.5 hours in March and was told by the midwife even that early to wear compression socks. I ended up not being able to walk up and down the aisle as it was so busy with people, refreshment carts etc., so I made do with one toilet visit halfway through.
