Any one else have a toddler and moves constantly to play or keep them entertained? I’m struggling to stand back up once I sit down and it’s eating away at me. I just want my baby to get here so I can use my body normally again. Any advice on how to deal with this struggle?

How old is your kiddo? When my boys turned four I implemented a little bit of tablet time. It was the only way for me to be able to catch my breath. We do it in moderation and thankfully that gives me time to relax a little.

I have a 2 years old and chasing after him all day and keeping him entertained is exhasuting by end of the day I literally cry. Because I feel like I can't make time for him or for the baby or myself. Usually we go for a walk and that helps me clear my mind little even though he constantly talks 😂😂.

im not even pregnant and hate getting up and down. i set a period of time or 2 during the day where i play with her, ill sit on the floor or chase her around or whatever she wants but after that im doing what i need/want to do. my house is generally safe so i dont need a constant eye on her. it may be good to implement some quiet time or “no mom” time in a safe area of your house. especially with a new baby on the way there will be times where you really cannot play at all so it might be good for transition to having a younger sibling.

in the same boat. it’s so hard, i have a 17 month old
