Getting up earlier makes me a worse person and mother 😭😂 I am NOT a morning person!

Tea and coffee.
Just the act of 5 mins alone in the kitchen or back garden having a hot drink is so calming to me.
I haven’t started my day without one. Those blissful two hours midday where the kids are napping, the house is clean and I can read and drink makes me so content.
I also love walking. On days my eldest is in daycare, I take the pram to the park and walk/run a few laps around the pond, the woods and the football fields. I grab a coffee on the last lap. By the time I’m home, I’ve done 10k steps, listened to an audiobook, baby has napped in the fresh air and I’m happier.

Getting off that dang phone😅🤣 im still working on it thoo🥲
