Nappy rash

My baby poops every 30 mins so it's really difficult to keep him dry, but he now has pretty bad nappy rash 😔 what can I do to ease it? I've been using sudocreme but feel like it's too harsh as it isn't doing anything.

I’m following for some advice, my baby is 4 weeks old and is pooping so much his bum is so red and sore I feel awful, I’ve been using bepanthen but it doesn’t seem to be clearing it x

Use bepanthen at every nappy change. Clean with water wipes, dry the bum with a muslin, apply the cream, new nappy. Nappy free time when you can. Change the nappy as soon as it’s wet or dirty.

I’ve had two massive babies who guzzle milk and poo a tonne and never had a hint of nappy rash with this method x

Our baby was the same, we started cleaning him with cotton wool n warm water, dab dry n put sudocrem on. Was a game changer x

Make sure you’re fully drying their bum with cotton pad after every nappy change. It’s the wet skin that causes the rash.
As much nappy free time as possible now to help clear it up
