Stinky neck
In my daughter’s neck it’s quite sore. I clean it with water and put Vaseline there but it does smell and not quite healing. Any recommendations?

I would get it checked by the GP! It can be warm area and become moist with spit up/sweat which is a perfect conditions for fungal infection! Might just need a wee clotrimazole cream 🥰
Try to keep it clean and dry, maybe using some baby powder, if it’s inflamed applying something like sudocream few times a day

Metanium barrier cream or sudocream , baby powder . G.p if infected.💚
If you don’t want to use soap in the bath use the easy to wash cleaning leaning spray from boots
Get it checked by a GP but I use talc on my boys neck, pits, groin and his little fat rolls, we’ve had no issues with soreness
Lansinoh nipple cream healed mine so quick!
