Vaccinations

Does any one have any thoughts on the vaccinations newborns receive and the links between them and autism?
I’m so overwhelmed by the opinions of others and the opposing opinions of studies I just don’t know what to do.
Would love constructive opinions/guidance and experiences please 🙏

There is no research that suggests that vaccines have any link to autism at all. There was one singular study published that showed a link, and the doctor who published that study lost his medical license for fabricating evidence.

Sterilising

Hi everyone,
First time mum here and just wondered at what age do you stop sterilising bottles and dummy’s etc? I’ve heard 6 months, 12 months etc just not sure what’s right 🤔

Thank you ☺️ 🩷

Baby blues..

Anyone else miss their old life? And feel like they’re just waiting for it to ‘get better’ like everyone says it does. Ftm to a 5 week old bubba I love her to death but also feel I’m struggling with it all and just tired of constantly being mum now lol . I feel terrible so pls don’t judge me just needed to vent

Kendamil

Mamas, what has your experience been with Kendamil formula? 🤍🧸

I’m thinking about switching it for my baby and would love honest feedback — pros, cons, digestion, gas, spit up, sleep, anything you noticed!

Son is currently on Enfamil Gentlease.💜✨

Bedtime ✨

What time are you putting your baby down for bed? Also, has anyone started to put them down awake to allow self settling? X

Giving up breast feeding

Am I really selfish for giving up breast feeding after 7 months?

I'm not a milk snob- nothing against formula.I actually combi feed.
I just wanted to try and breastfeed my first child but I've found it both challenging and lovely.
My LO is 7 months old, weaning and really into food.
They have stopped latching during the day, so I was pumping and bottle feeding but have found my production has really decreased.
To make sure they were getting the nutrients and hydration they need, I've opted to just use formula.
Again, nothing against formula- I just have this weird guilt that I'm denying them of something they were having.
When I pump (up to an hour sometimes) I get around 2-3 ounces 😩 when it used to be 5-6.
I don't know why I feel so bad about it?
Like I've failed them?

3 year old learning

My nearly 3 year old (he’s 3 next month) doesn’t fully know his colours or abc or counting yet.

He can count to 3 and when we’re doing jigsaws or matching the colour games he gets them right but when I ask him what colour something is he just says a random colour sometimes. With the alphabet when we play the song or we’re singing he will just say random letters sometimes. Is this even normal?
