Anxiety

Anyone else a bit anxious? I found out i was pregnant a few days ago because i have to take medications as early as possible. This is my 5th pregnancy after 4 previous losses. Definitely feeling nervous

Segzz at 31 weeks 😆 baring in mind it's 3rd baba

Anyone found having intercourse from this stage onwards so awkward like my lower bump locked a muscle at one point I was feared I made the baby wrap the cord round itself... The hip and groin lock making me feel like iv dislocated myself 😆 like seriously tell me I'm not on my own and still got like 8 weeks ( praying less ) I even struggle with low down pressure just sitting down normally 🙈

Worried about postpartum

I’m a first time Mum, and everything online seems so negative about the postpartum experience. I appreciate everyone has different experiences and I also appreciate people talking about their experiences so it isn’t overwhelming to new mums if they feel a certain way. But I haven’t seen anything positive about it and it’s starting to make me worry as I really want to enjoy my baby.

Does anyone have any experiences or advice or feeling the same?x

Has anyone started using a pregnancy ball? 27 weeks and unsure if it’s too early!!

My fear of birth is being dismissed

I feel like my fear of labour keeps being dismissed by people around me. I know they are just trying to be supportive and caring but when I say I'm a little nervous and scared about labour I just get told to get an elective. My partner and other mums have told me this. Is it that unusual to be worried about not knowing how I'm going to feel in labour? I'm definitely not anti c section and it's my plan C but I want to try naturally if I can. I still feel hopeful that I can manage but I'm getting a lot of doubts in my mind because of the amount of people saying I should get one.

Happy Mother’s Day! (And found out I’m pregnant????)

My LO just turned 7mo and I just found out I’m pregnant. We were being careful, we did want at least two kids. I’m just… ashamed, embarrassed and all these emotions. I am happy for this new little one but I’m just not confident? And feel like I’m not ready? This is too soon?? Can someone pls tell me it’ll be all ok or any advice idk I’m just all over the place. Bunch of cries and bunch of worries.

Reaching the 6 week mark 🎉

I’m only 2.5 weeks post section but feeling good, intending on taking it easy til the 6 week mark but very much itching to get back driving again, light exercise and of course sex. Would you say you resumed these activities at 6 weeks?
