3 month old still only feeding every 2 hours

Hi everyone I just wanted to ask if this is the case for anyone else.
My daughters 3 months old and I still only have 90mls ever 2 hours and sometimes doesn’t even finish her bottles. She’s got really bad reflux and have tried and been prescribed a bunch of different things from the doctors.
Is this normal for anyone else or is there a way I could try to get her to go a bit longer and take a bit more x

Hiya you’ve posted this in the Feb 2025 group not 2026☺️ sorry I don’t have the answer as my girl is breast fed but you might get more responses on the 2026 group☺️

Allowing her to feed as much as she wants is the right thing to do. So if that's how much she takes, that's what she takes. Responsive feeding is about going with what your baby is wanting

Some babies are just like that. My first kid was really good at full feedings 3 hours apart. My second kid was a frequent and small quantities feeder. Until she hit the 6month mark and started eating solids. Something about that helped her a lot. All that to say some babies are just different.

Hey. I am nearly 6 months in. I breastfeed not FF, but my boy has always just fed for short intervals and he is a chubby baby. I would go by the weight of your baby and wet and dirty nappies.

Is this normal behaviour?

Hi all, I’m just reaching out to see if anyone else has noticed this in their babies sleep or if it’s just mine and if it’s normal behaviour or something I should be worried about? So for the last week or so whenever my baby is asleep he will move around a lot and when I say a lot I mean he will go from one end of the bed to the other, he will turn himself around, he will then get on all fours and start banging/rubbing his face on the mattress. This can go on all night even after he wakes and has been resettled. I’ve also noticed he does this in his cot too. I think we maybe going through some of sort of sleep regression too, but this none stop movement/fidgeting in his sleep is starting to worry me (plus it’s keeping me awake all night too). But then he doesn’t do this during the day when he’s having a nap? Is anyone else’s baby like this and did it stop? Any advice would be appreciated.

Feeling so guilty

I think I’m going to have to switch over completely to formula, my breastmilk came through but it just didn’t seem enough for my baby, like yesterday he just wanted to be on the breast and didn’t seem satisfied, so I thought I’d pump and check, for 30 minutes I hardly got 30ml from both breasts. I feel so defeated because I’m hardly sleeping as I guess he just wasn’t full. So I’ve given him a bottle of formula yesterday and he slept for a good 2.5 hours rather than waking every 20 minutes. I feel guilty because I really didn’t want to lose that bond and I know a fed baby is best but I just can’t help feeling like I’ve failed. Please if there’s anyone with any advice on how I can get my milk back, I’m more than happy to try. Otherwise I guess it’s formula from now on

Transition to cows milk

Good morning,
My little girl just turned one, I feel confused on milk situation
She’s currently having 3 7oz bottles a day of formula
I was going to gradually cut down her formula and top up with cows milk but once she’s fully on cows milk should she still be having 3 bottles a day?
She eats so much food I don’t get why she still drinks so much milk 😂

Struggling to stay on my side while sleeping at 17 weeks pregnant

I'm 17 weeks pregnant and find myself waking up on my back every morning, no matter how I position my pillows to try and side sleep. Has anyone found any other tips or tricks that actually work to keep you on your side through the night?

Sleeping mystery

I don’t understand why my almost 7 months sleeps through the night but every single day around 6am she starts to moan, cry, grumble like something is bothering her (I checked everything diaper, hunger, temperature) I can see she still wants to sleep but is like she is unable to go back to sleep even if I tap her back or rock..
anyone had the same experience??
Btw she’s teething..

Thanks 🙏🏻

Night time nappies UK

My little boy has recently started sleeping a lot more on his front, so every night or morning he will wake up not only the nappy will be wet but his vest, pj's and sleeping bag too. He will usually wake up to be changed and have milk about 6 hours after going to bed. We have tried Aldi, Tesco, Asda & pampers and all had a similar problem I'm pretty sure it's not user error as it happens no matter who puts the nappy on and it has only been happening since he has been on his front most of the night. He is a size 4+/5, depending on the brand. I've even tried pull-ups, which seem to be better, but he is then wide awake and struggles to go back to sleep after.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as there are only so many times I can wash the sleeping bags until there is nothing left 😂

Sorry it's super wordy
