We've recently changed my 7 month old from kendamil original to kendamil goat due to possible CMPA.
Is it normal for him to have gone from drinking 6oz of original to only wanting 4oz of the goat?
Originally he had thickener in the 6oz bottles with original formula (if that means anything) but not in the goats milk

I’m not sure about the difference in amounts but Goat’s formula won’t help with CMPA as the protein in the milk is very similar to cow’s

Was about to say this^ goat milk isnt a good alternative for CMPA. You're better getting doctor to prescribe x

Confirming what the other comments said. We had suspected CMPA for our baby at some point and had to switch to sma althera it’s especially made for allergies. Your pediatrician can prescribe it
