How can I get this baby out

I have 13 days left and have tried almost everything, for the past 2 weeks I’ve been 1cm dilated, I just want her here already🙃

I started pumping when I got cleared at 37 weeks, mile circuit, curb walking, yoga ball, sex has been uncomfortable for me but my ob suggested it at my appointment yesterday, my ob told me yesterday if I don’t go into labor this week he will give me a membrane sweep and schedule me for induction

If you ACTUALLY want it out sure you can try sex and curb walking but it wont do anything unless your body has received certain hormones. These suggestions are great if you’ve started experiencing early labor already and it has stalled. Or if your body was already ready.

Your best bet is talking with your provider and asking if they would be willing to help you induce labor. Like a membrane sweep (may need a foley ballon first), or having your water broken. If you’re hoping to induce early please don’t be afraid to reach out to your provider and voice your needs and desires. 🫶🏽
