Weird
We had our 6 month old appointment at the wic office. Something weird happened today. I got question if he was my child cause he is darker than me they started not let me out cause they thought I kidnapped this child of mines.. asking me if he is really my child. I said yes i dont believe you. I said called my obgyn that delivered him. And I told the Dr's name. She said OK wait here.i heard her talking to my Dr. And they called me from the Dr's office told me about it. What would you do if you was in this situation? ps his dad is Hispanic

So sorry this happened. We had something similar occur with my husband. He’s black, and our kids are very pale like me. He used to carry around their birth certificates because so many people questioned him or looked at him some sort of way… people are disgusting. ❤️
i would say call the wic office and ask how to report a complaint , they may have a number or email you can contact
