Rash?

Hi ladies , my wee one has come out in a rash she previously had a drool rash but seems to of changed to a different looking rash also now spots on torso I have a 7 year old sister who had also got the exact same rash we don’t know what it is they were with each other 4 days ago only noticed my little ones now and my sisters started yesterday gp is closed now but will ring them tomorrow morning !
