Weight loss tips

I just started my weight loss journey this week and I’m 2 months pp. of course the week I begin I finally have my period again and it’s TERRIBLE. I had an energy drink, a coffee and another coffee and I still feel insanely tired AND hungry even though I ate fulfilling meals. I feel terrible because I ended up binging and snacking. What are some weight loss tips that yall have tried that can keep me on track? I’m struggling here 😩
