My baby is 6 weeks + 3 days old. I was pumping so much the first month pp because I had an oversupply/ struggled with engorgement. I have been able to reduce pumping to 3-4 times a day, and my baby is mainly on the boob. I still offer some bottle feeds since I am still regulating my supply. I would like to eliminate pumping all together. However, she always falls asleep while breastfeeding and I feel like she never takes enough milk out for me to be comfortable. Does anyone have any advice?
P.s I just redownloaded this app after taking a pp break. I’m happy to see so many of you are doing well xx

Try stimulating baby sitting feedings to keep her awake by doing things such as tickling feet gently or caressing her nose. You could also try to catch feeding cues early to start her eating slightly more before she falls asleep!
