Deer
In every neighborhood I’ve ever lived in (and I’ve only ever lived in cities or densely populated suburbs) there has been a neighborhood fox/foxes that are seen regularly.

Not like walking around everywhere but bison, which are unfortunately adorable because they'll absolutely wreck you.
All groundhogs are named Fat Boi. I had never seen one in the wild until I moved to small town Ohio
The swans! Stratford has SO many and the babies are so cute to see. Years ago someone messed with a nest and smashed eggs/threw them in the river. They were charged since they’re protected.
Dolphins 🐬
Bob cats are around my area, and apparently my partner & my son (and our dogs) have seen them while out on walks
