Any good cake recipes for my daughter's first birthday?
We will be eating a different cake, I wanted to make her one with no sugar etc. Extra points if the recipe is in metric 😅

I made a banana and carrot cake. To be honest I got this off chatgpt.
Cake Ingredients (6-inch / small smash cake)
1 medium carrot, finely grated (80–100g)
1 ripe banana, mashed (or 60g apple purée)
1 egg
80g plain flour
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp melted butter or mild oil
2 tbsp milk
Optional: 1 tbsp finely chopped raisins

epidural pain

any mums that have had pain pp from the epidural in the epidural spot went on to have more children how was it? pregnancy,birth and pp?

I’m 27 weeks and just woke up to blood in my knickers- what should I do

I have wiped and there’s no blood so this must of happened when I was asleep and now I’m not continuously bleeding. But I’m unsure on what to do? Do I just monitor it, I would say it’s not a lot but enough to make you think you’ve started your period. Or do I call up? What could it be?
