Dry and crusting eczema

Hey everyone,

My 4 month old baby’s eczema has become really severe and extremely dry. I’m having to moisturise 10+ times a day with Epimax/Epaderm just to stop constant flaking, and there’s often “dust” from the dry skin where she sits or lies.

We’ve tried Oilatum baths, mild steroid cream (0.5%) and antibiotics, but nothing’s really helped so far. Has anyone dealt with this level of eczema in their baby? Could it be linked to dry air or water?

Also wondering if taking her to a warmer, more humid climate for a couple months might help and whether it might just come back when i return. I don’t think it’s dairy related as there are no other symptoms.

Would really appreciate any experiences or advice of anyone’s has this type of eczema.
