I have the Spectra S1 and the Eufy S1 pro. I personally love them both, but I only pump 1-2x a day typically. I nurse for most, if not every feed if I can, but I always pump after the first morning feed, and then if he gets a bottle I pump for that feeding. Sometimes I’ll do one at night before bed, but not always. I don’t have experience with exclusively pumping, though I will have to start pumping more once I go back to work, so still figuring things out over here!

I am exclusively pumping as initially, my baby fell asleep while breastfeeding and didn’t gain weight; now he doesn’t latch.
I pump 6-7 times a day. I use spectra: upshot is I’m done emptying both breasts simultaneously in 10 mins; downside is I have to hold the bottles or they fall off even with a properly fitted flange. Each pump yields 90-130 mL total (both sides combined). Baby drinks 110-120 mL each meal
Overnight, my baby wakes up at 1:30 and 4:30 so I pump after giving him a bottle each. Overnight pumps give me a little extra so at the end of each day, I end up with approx 1 extra bottle, in case of urgency and I miss a session.
Hope that helped!

I mainly ebf, but I’m having a surgery in the next month or so, so I’m building a stash and baby is getting a bottle 3x a week to make sure there won’t be any problems when I’m unavailable. I have a spectra, but have never used it. I use the eufy s1s more than anything and they’re incredible. They empty me and have a heat mode to encourage letdown. You can control them on the pump themselves, but I prefer the app. There’s also a spot in the app to record how much you got during your pumping sessions too.

I breastfeed, but am pumping to build a stash for later. I have a Medela hand pump and the momcozy m5. The hand pump has been super useful if I'm just a little full and need more control over my output, or if I'm already leaking, though a lot of that has stopped at this point 2 months in. The momcozy is awesome to use during feeds, if I know baby is not going to be able to take the second side I just pop it on and let it do its thing. Or if baby has a small feed Ill finish our regular time with the pump.
