Sleep at night

My baby is 10 weeks old and usually wakes up for 1 feed in the middle of the night. She usually goes to sleep between 7-8 pm.

1. Should I be waking her up in the morning or letting her wake on her own?
2. Does waking her up put us on a better schedule routine when having to go back to work in a month?

Best advice to get her to sleep more than 6 hour stretches- we have a routine ( bath, bottle, cuddles to sleep)

If bub is a good weight and gaining well, just do feed on demand.. less stress and pressure for you

Let her wake by herself.
