i’m currently 8 weeks pregnant and i have the iud birth control ( paragard ) and im wondering did anyone get their remove asap or just kept it until birth ? i’m so scared to do either due to what i search up saying risks of miscarriage idk what to do 😩

You'd be surprised to know the amount of babies I saw being born with an IUD entangled on their hair. I think the risk of taking it out is bigger than keeping it in until birth

I got my paraguard iud removed as soon as a positive pregnancy test was a thing.

I was at a normal gp doctors visit and the urine test said I was pregnant, my doctor said huh I said huh I have a copper iud that’s weird, he went “go to your obgyn & get this all taken care of”

Removal hurt way less than the insertion did

okay ladies!!! i took a pregnancy test that showed a true positive and everything and then the lines got lighter to the point of showing a negative but now here less then a week later i am getting faint positives again??? what’s going on?!? im cramping, im having mood swings, my husband says my nipples have that look to them but i’m so confused

Age limit for IVF

Do you know a reliable source for checking NHS funded IVF by postcode?

I heard that certain areas are dropping age limits from 40 to 38.

I first spoke to the GP in March asking for a referral but instead of giving it straight away he sent me to blood test and ultrasound, my partner to semen analysis. Which took only 2 weeks for me and 3 months for him because no available dates and the GP still didnt come back to comment on my ulteasound. Taking his time for sure.

Now it seems my area dropped the age limit so we are out of funds?
What is the quickest way to get started?
