My LO has woken up with this on both of his cheeks. It is bigger on his right than his left. He is fine in himself, and doesn’t seem bothered by it.
It’s slightly warm to touch but blanches, has anybody experienced this with their LO and what did they do? It’s frustrating that it’s a Saturday and I can’t just pop him to the GP to get it checked.

Does it feel rough? It might be slap cheek- I'd pop to a pharmacy and ask if a pharmacist could have a look first, or phone 111 and they might be able to give you an out of hours doctors appointment 😊
