Formula Switching

Hi mums! My twins are nearly 6 months old and currently taking aptamil comfort since week 4 due to some constipation in the beginning. I’m looking to change formula once we start weaning considering I can support their digestive system with foods and that is also fully developed by now.
I’m thinking about kendamil organic, anyone with feedback regarding this milk? Thanks a lot ❤️

Kendamil has been good for us, we started on Goat as he was more settled on that when we tried it and recently switched to cow. The Kendamil comfort wasn’t good for us when we tried that before the goat for a few days

How often do you and your partner have sex after having a baby? Specially if your baby is coming up to 1?

What would you do? (theoretical)

Your baby hasn’t slept for hours and hours and is clearly overtired. You’ve been trying to console them for so long you didn’t notice you’re overdue to change their nappy, and the whole yellow line has turned blue from urine. As you notice this, they fall asleep. Not a deep sleep, but asleep nonetheless. As you put them in their crib you notice their fontanelle has sunk about half a cm. You know if you change their nappy there’s a high chance it will wake them up, and they have previously refused feeds from exhaustion before. The nappy is pretty full but you don’t know what’s inside. There’s a chance you can only manage ONE of the following for the next few hours. WWYD?

Want to give up baby

I don't think I can do this anymore. 7 month old, always grouchy, sleep is shit, don't feel any love for her. Nothing ever seems to make her content. I've been surviving on 3 hours of broken sleep a night since she was born. No support around. Feel like she'll be better off with a family that actually want her.

Crying during feeds

Has anyone had any issues with their little one crying during feeds? My little boy is 7 weeks, and for the past 4 days or so, he’s started to scream cry mid feed - like he’s suddenly in pain. He’s always suffered a bit with gas and wind, but this has never impacted his feeding before. We’re currently trying infacol but it doesn’t seem to be making a difference. He’s also quite hard to burp so I do suspect some kind of wind, but if anyone else has experienced it and has any advice it would be much appreciated 🫶

Co sleeping

Do any of you guys co sleep with your babies? I’m a first time mom, and the crib never worked for us, my baby never slept in there right. The only way for my baby and us to sleep is baby sleeping in the middle. We practice safe sleep, have the whole bed gated so baby won’t fall. But I feel bad that baby isn’t sleeping by themselves. Any tips or advice to get baby sleeping by themselves? Or just stay to what I’m doing? As anyone been in the same position? And how long did baby stay on the bed?
