I am 7 weeks, due Jan 26 with my first baby. I had my first ultrasound yesterday and there was a heartbeat 123bpm (normal for how early I am), and it definitely helped with anxiety in the moment, but I am still having trouble believing it's real because my symptoms seem like they're slowing down or are less intense. And my next appointment won't be until I'm 13 weeks. I just want constant updates knowing everything is okay. How do you get past worrying about it all the time?

You dont. It doesnt stop at a certain point. 12 weeks isnt like the golden time and everything is okay. You'll worry the whole pregnancy, you'll obsess about fetal movements and maybe buy your own doppler... & then worry postpartum, SIDS, wondering if theyre still breathing ect.
If it gets bad, I would suggest looking into therapy to learn about coping strategies, grounding techniques, and possibly medication. I was put on an SSRI 6 weeks postpartum due to PPA.
