Eczema help Desperate

I don't know what to do anymore ... We went through doctors, tests, creams, steroids, natural oils, natural creams, oat baths, coconut oil, aloe vera , zirtek even Nurofen. And here we are now bedtime. She is all scratching , all body red and dots and itchy and asking "help me mommy please help me" .... I'm mentally destroyed I need help ... Anything which help for real please anyone. I m so desperate like never before..

Hey girl! Have you tried to give her some piriton to help? My nephew suffers the exact same and when it gets really bad this does just ease his outbursts of scratching and tears. Also we ended up just removing all steroids all creams and just water in baths. With some light cream when dry from the doctors but nothing to strong! I’ll ask my sister in law for you too xx
