My 5mo refuses to take a bottle.

My 5mo refuses to take a bottle. Any tips to get her to drink out of a bottle? She has never liked in and doesn’t even take a pacifier either. I want to be able to leave her with people eventually and I am starting to worry.

I don’t have advice because my 4 month old is the same way since I exclusively breastfeed. All I can recommend is keep trying and try different bottles with different nipples. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My daughter hated bottles and never took a pacifier and my son loves them both so it is just dependent on the kiddo I think.

For my daughter my mom was the one who eventually got her to take a bottle. She refused to take a bottle from me until she was closer to 7 months old. My son is the same, even though he easily took a bottle from my husband he still will not take one from me.

Have you tried pumping and then immediately having her take that from a bottle or have you been heating up bottles?
