Could I be experiencing miscarriage?
5w+4d today after a lengthy fertility journey. I’ve wiped and have what looks to me like red blood. I don’t think this looks like implantation, does this look familiar to anyone else as my cramps and getting stronger and I have some shoulder ache in my left shoulder 😢

I’m so sorry you’re going through this, I think due to the shoulder ache it’s best to call your early pregnancy unit or head to A&E as it may be ectopic. Sending you all the love & hugs x
Definitely get in to your provider!! I had this same thing happen and I was just low on progesterone, once I started taking the progesterone the bleeding stopped and I my baby’s now 3 months old! Praying for a positive out come for you too!!
There are lots of possible reasons for bleeding in early pregnancy and they're not all sinister. However with the shoulder pain you need to be checked so get to A&E or EPU would be ideal if you can self refer
