Secret or Tell
My husband is in the hospital with an infection that swelled his eye shut and his whole face. He is on iv antibiotics at least untilWe are in a different state than his family. Should I tell his family? He is asking me not to because he doesn't think they should know unless it's more serious.

This sounds like my MIL so I wouldn’t. She loves a drama and it isn’t helpful to anyone.
If he says not to say anything, then dont. Thats HIS medical information 💯 he has rights to say who knows what and when.
When will he come home ? Maybe tell his siblings ?
