After baby weight loss

Guys what are yalls plans for after giving birth a losing weight or building strength? I've always been an active person with hiking outdoors etc... But, I have a feeling I'm going to have a harder time after.

Any thoughts about getting a personal trainer to help with discipline? Anyone have experiences of what they did, if they've had a baby before?

I think having an accountability partner is a great idea! Whether it’s a trainer or a friend or spouse, someone to just keep you accountable who makes sure you’re taking the steps daily to meet your goals :)

One thing my husband and I do after every baby (even continued after postpartum of course but especially those early months) is take daily family walks! At least once a day sometimes twice. We also love to go to the park with our toddlers so that gets us moving as well, we’ll bring our frisbees and play disk golf, run around up and down the hills, etc.

I have several friends that are postpartum right now, so once I’m cleared we’ve also talked about getting together once a week to go on walks/runs!

My goal is to be REALLY active and feel light on my feet again (because right now I definitely feel like a beached whale 🐳)
