I live in Virginia near an area with a current measles outbreak (106 cases) and the hospital im using for delivery was an exposure site (im only 14 weeks so hopefully this wont be an issue closer to delivery).
I had titers drawn 2 years ago for my job and it showed I was no longer immune to measles. I did have the vaccines as a child but I guess that’s worn off some in my 34 years. I work(ed) in healthcare and I have three young kids (14 months, 2, 4) and one of them is ALWAYS sick. Should I be concerned / bring this up with my OB? I don’t want to be an alarmist but also know I can’t get the MMR pregnant.
