positive carrier screening
hi everyone!
i tested positive for carrier screening and am having a hard time getting my husband scheduled to be tested as well. the waiting game and anxiety is terrible.
how did everyone else deal with it? looking for support more than ever, especially because my non pregnant friends have zero idea how to deal with this!

I have been going through genetic screening also. Though so far mine has been clear I'm still waiting to hear back about my genetic tests for downs syndrome and other Trisomies. It has been nerve racking so far. I have balanced Translocation chromosomes so I can have kids with chromosomal disabilities. 🫠I'm going in today to get the blood test redone as the first test they couldn't see anything for fetal fractions. I'm guessing from my weight being overweight and it being too early to see it. 🫠I'm honestly hoping for healthy baby but oh that note DEFINITELY GET YOUR HUSBAND IN FOR TESTING. He needs to take this seriously too.
