So even though THC is sold at vape shops/even target a judge wanted to take my son away from me for using. My older sons dad filed for full custody immediately after I gave birth to my second son and by the time I was served I had started using again. But the idiot also uses so the judge was going to take him away from both of us. The only way he agreed to give him back to me and not let CPS take him was if I canceled child support. Which to me just proves that he was never actually concerned about our child he just doesn't want to financially support him. I hate this judge for doing this over legal substances and I hate my BD and his gf for trying to take my baby and make his gf my sons new mom (they make him call her mama and told him he isn't allowed to call me mama).
I can't do anything to fix it I just wanted to rant

I’m sooo sorry. I can’t imagine the hurt and frustration you’re experiencing. That is such fcking bs!! Did you provide documentation of you purchasing legal products? I’d push them bc this sounds like an innocent mother with a case that should’ve never happened the way it did. Have you contacted a lawyer?
Give get that little boy off child support get your baby and run don’t let him know where you are I wouldn’t ever say this usually I’m in the middle I don’t pick sides but this is a Nono
Wow in Ohio they don't care about THC as long as you don't smoke around your babies or kids.
