Does anyone have an inconsistent coparent?

My ex husband/child's father does his few hours every other weekend with no issues when hes single. But as soon as he starts talking to a girl he is a whole different person to our daughter. Hes more irritable and seems to be looking for any excuse to get her back to me asap.

Clsssic boy behaviour! Why do they always choose punishment to the mother of their child over the wellbeing of their own child. It’s pathetic and he needs to grow up! It’s not fair on the child at all xx
