Shooting pain after pumping.

Hi ladies, I have woken up to shooting pain in my right breast and am sure I have a bleb / milk blister as I can see a tiny yellow dot on the nipple area. I have shifted as of Wednesday to exclusively pumping and was fine the last two days. Please can anyone share any tips on how to resolve this as I'm in sooo much pain :(

Is the pain just on the nipple itself? Or inside your breast? If nipple, could also be sizing of pump. If breast then I would consider it to be mastitis or thrush. Make sure to take paracetamol x wishing you well
