Anyone else suffering with sciatica pain and got any tips or tricks to help 😫

Massaging hips/top of thighs before bed helps - my partner does this. Its also what my physio did. Im suffering wih really bad pelvic girdle pain. Didnt help with that but really helped with the sciatica. Also if you have a yoga ball, doing a few excercises on that helps too. 360° circles, rocking from side to side and figure of eights

Do you find it worse when sitting or standing at all?
I have what I thought was sciatica but turns out it's something else, but it's nerve pain in my leg anyway. For me, it gets really bad when I'm on my feet for too long, but i have a support belt which I wear whenever I'm out for walks and so on which does help a fair bit
Also the exercises mentioned above, and a few yoga type moves like 'thread the needle' and cat/cow
