Itchy Nipple— is this a pregnancy thing?

Currently 6 weeks pregnant, and I’ve had an itchy nipple just on one side which pretty much coincided with getting pregnant. The skin is dry and flaky, just on the nipple. Has anyone else experienced that? I’m freaking out that it means I have cancer so any stories of it just being a pregnancy symptom would be a relief. I’m going to get it checked by my doctor but have a couple of weeks before my appointment so trying to manage my anxiety before then. Xx
