Sweep at 38 weeks plus 6 days

Who has had a sweep done? I’m at my midwife appointment and I’m so nervous 😕
This is my second pregnancy with my first I went into spontaneous labour

I did it with my second and it hurt also it didn’t work like at all😭 it’s optional so if ur feeling iffy about it u can totally not get it!
