Hayfever

Any EBF mums really struggling with hayfever? What do you take if anything? Going to go to the pharmacy later to see what I can take but nasal spray and eye drops aren’t cutting it!

Hi! I went to the GP about this. Cetirizine is the one recommended for BF mamas. It does nothing for me so he recommended trying up to 40mg/day which is also OK’ed by the allergy society. I’ll see if I can find the source as he also looked it up. That said, please talk to your dr or pharmacist and don’t take medical advice off some random person on the internet 😆
