Vomit and grunting ( 4 weeks old )
Anyone with a baby that vomit every single feed ? Also grunt a lot at night ?

He doesn't spit up after every feed but most, especially if I don't keep him upright for 10 mins after a feed. And he does grunt a lot. I think he has reflux.
