TMI poo question 💩

My 16 month old is really good with her food, and eats a very varied diet however her poos are still sloppy.

Nappy changes are very challenging at the mo due to her not wanting to sit still and have them done so I often have to do them with her standing. However with how her poos are still sloppy this is a nightmare especially when out and about.

As far as I am aware she has no food allergies or intolerances. I wonder if she has too much fruit or fibre but also she loves it her fruit and weetabix!

Is anyone else’s little one’s poos still like this? Would be so much easier is they were 🪵

My little girl's are a lot more 'loose' shall we say, after Weetabix! They're something else 😅

Could you try alternating her breakfast with weetabix, porridge, pancakes, toast etc and see if it helps harden?

You could also give her some plain crackers or a bit of toast alongside her fruit to help bulk out the stool 💩

Nappy changes are also a challenge over here!

glad mine little one isn’t the only one!!

I think you’re right. I need to mix up her breakfast, weetabix is such a safe option as I know she will eat it without a doubt but not sure how many more loose nappy’s I can take 😂

And such a good idea with the fruit, thank you so much xx

Baby sleep

My little girl is 9 months old now and has never been a good sleeper. She is now going through a phase of getting up at 4 am every morning and I try keeping things dark and boring but she is so awake for the day.
She goes to bed around 7pm. Has 2 naps a day. 1 nap - 1hr20 ish, 2 nap - 30 mins ish.
She is a childminders in the day so I can’t control her naps but I wish she would sleep in abit more but feel like I’m just banging my head against a brick wall. Any one else experience and was it ever resolved?

Pram/Stroller Recommendations

Hi!
We currently have a travel system but the seat part doesn't collapse with the chassis and it's becoming a pain to load into the car and store. Any recommendations on good collapsing prams/strollers? I'm looking for something that's good abroad too! It doesn't necessarily need to be another travel system, just anything really! X

Sleeping position

Anyone else’s baby sleep like this? He can roll back to front but not the other way round but every time I put him to sleep on his back he always ends up like this. I hardly sleep because I’m forever turning him back over or listening to see if he’s breathing. He literally fidgets all night now too

Sleep sack

Hi everyone!!

I’m trying to transition my 12 week old from the love is a dream sleep sack that keeps her arms up to a sleep sack that her arms are free. This is the first night and she has already woken up 3 times within the hour crying ( never has done that)

Any tips to make her more comfortable during this transition?

Her day naps she doesn’t use a sleep sack and is fine.

How to get baby back to sleep?

She used to feed to sleep and I used to be able to just put the baby on my chest and she'd fall asleep. Now she will wake up from the bottle and will claw and fight as if she's doing tummy time. The tricky part is she must be upright after feeds because of her reflux so I can't really be moving her about. I can't keep doing this fight at 3am waiting for her to wear herself out to sleep. We've tried white noise rich she doesn't respond to. Swaddles stopped working after 2 months (she's 3 months now).

Any advice??

AITAH or is he?

Husband slept on sofa last night because I was too tired to be intimate (I had been awake from 5am with our baby who had me up throughout the night). This morning our toddler woke at 5.30am and my husband decided to go to the gym at 6am for two hours before work and woke me up to be with our toddler even though I’ve been up every 1–2hrs with our 6 month old baby. I feel so exhausted, he doesn’t do any of the night wakings with the baby. I feel like he’s prioritising gym over my basic need to sleep and then punishing me when i say im too tired for sex. Am I being dramatic or is this a shitty thing to do?
