baby acne or not?

hi, my baby girl is 5 weeks old and this has been her face since week 3. Pimples keep popping up, they leave for a day and then it’s back. Now her eyebrows are getting crusty and yellow with little flakes. I’m too scared to even wash her face with cotton wool now so I don’t make it worse. I’m worried this is beyond baby acne and she might have a viral rash or a reaction to something in my breast milk. Anyone else have this problem? is this normal or do I need to contact GP?

I personally think this is baby acne on her face and cradle cap on her eyebrows but if you’re at all concerned about her trust your gut!! My little girl has very similar spots on her face that come and go day to day!
