I work at a dr office and this one caller got under my skin. She asked for an emergency app and I explained we dont have anything available until next week. (This part is fine)
After I explained it she continued to ask for me to just squeeze her in. Just a quick look. Only a sec.
I understand not being happy that we can accommodate you but the persistence and the refusal to accept it got under my skin. My child does the same thing but hes 5 so
