Baby acne?
Is this baby acne? I did go doctors today and they said it was but I’m just not 100% it looks sore 🥺😣 it comes and goes!

Is it after feeding? My boy gets milk rash and it calms down. I'm breastfeeding and I think it depends what I eat, also apparently it can be hormonal from mum if breastfeeding
