Itchy all over body

I’ve definitely been itchier in pregnancy just because my skin has changed from hormones & my skin stretching but have also heard this can be a sign of liver troubles (cholestasis, I think!) if it feels like deep itchiness that isn’t getting relieved by scratching/especially if you feel it in your palms! I would mention it to your doc just to be safe, never bad to check-in !! 🤍

Yes, I was checked for cholestasis & everything came back normal. My doctor believes it’s due to hormones & suggested putting Aquaphor on the places that feel the most itchy & using aveeno lotion & so far both of those have pretty much taken the itching away.

The itching is all over like ears, arms, back, head, toes, palms, feet, etc. I had labs drawn but don’t hv the results yet. Just wondering if it can be non-bile in blood.
