Is this labour???
Hi! Im 40 weeks today with my first.
Last night there was a small amount of blood when i wiped over a few hours, and I had really bad cramps all night and then 4am i had a bloody show.
Ive had consistent cramping all night from around midnight but havent been timing them till now because i genuinely wasnt sure if they were contractions because i hadn’t lost my mucus plug etc yet.
- side note at which point did u decide to go to hospital?

Have you contacted your OB? Usually the office has an on call doctor so you can tell them your symptoms and they will advise you on what to do.
Girl call the hospital you are expected to deliver at now! When in doubt just go. You are full term so the odds are something serious is going on. I had the same symptoms and I had a premie at 35 weeks!
I went to the hospital after seeing a bloody show. Took my time tho and cleaned a bit because I was in denial, the women in my family have a history of short labors tho so this may differ, but.. I ended up having baby girl in a matter of hours after arriving at the hosptial. It started of as uncomfortable cramps after bloody show when I went to the bathroom when I woke up that morning
